Post Count: 91The DTI Herodotus is forced to leave Kok Station and their training mission when a distress signal reaches them from the past. The ship arrives at the homeworld for a species known as the Kroat. It seems that this where the distress signal is originating from. However, the Kroat did not send anything. Evidence is discovered of another race called the Vwaraarti. Who are they and what do they have to do with the Kroat. Most importantly why did they send a distress call 100 years ago. This is a mystery that only the DTI and the Herodotus can solve.

Thorrin and his crew must decide if this once enemy to not only the Federation but to this very universe can be trusted. When the ship goes gravely through the looking glass they find that not all thorns can be removed. For the Empress of the Terran Empire has stolen temporal technology from the Krenim. This Empress is none other than Katherine Janeway. Can the Herodotus restore the proper order of things and save the other side of the mirror before it shatters entirely?

Khan Noonien Singh is back and he rules the Federation. Thorrin and his crew must vernture into the past to learn how and why this has happened.
A bootstrap paradox is when events in the past and future cause each other in a loop. For centuries it has been questioned how Ceti Alpha Six was destroyed. The crew is shocked to learn that they caused it, and now they know what happens when they fail at their mission.
To save the past, someone on the Herodotus may lose their future.

Post Count: 74The DTI Herodotus puts in to Kok Station in the Carlson Nebula. A rift has just opened in the nebula. This rift is literally a hole in time, now called the Carlson Rift. The ship arrives with no one on board save for her Captain. An El Aurian named Thorrin. So the vessel here, the Captain is here but is her crew. The crew of the Herodotus boards their new home and get to know themselves and each other. However, they fail to realize that time is of the essence as they are now the first and only line against anyone who dares to cross the Rift.
